Cody Boe
With over a decade of hands-on experience in the oil and gas industry and a passion for building from the ground up, Cody brings a strong foundation of hard work, leadership, and technical expertise to every project he takes on. After spending 10 years working in the oil field—managing crews, troubleshooting complex systems, and operating in some of the toughest environments—he transitioned into the construction industry, where I could apply those same principles to create something lasting. Now as a co-owner of RWB Production he focuses on quality craftsmanship, reliable timelines, and client-focused service. Whether it's Maintenance, Roustabout work, or location development or reclaim, my team and I are dedicated to delivering top-tier results with integrity and precision.
Ayron Kracht
With 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Ayron has worked his way from the ground up. He started as a roustabout and steadily advanced through operations, eventually stepping into the role of Field Supervisor. That journey has given him a deep understanding of the industry from every angle, along with the hands-on knowledge and leadership skills needed to keep things running safely and efficiently.
Over the years, he has led teams in high-pressure environments, solved complex problems in the field, and helped drive operational success through a mix of experience, communication, and a strong work ethic. He takes pride in the work he does and the crews he has worked alongside, and he brings that same mindset to every challenge he takes on.
Whether it's working in harsh conditions or managing day-to-day field operations, he knows what it takes to get the job done right — and is always ready to roll up his sleeves and lead by example.
